'I'm a builder. I don't need a web site!'. Possibly not a multi-page web site, but web presence in the form of a business card, displaying your contact details and what services you offer, are essential. Additional pages with a picture gallery of building extensions you've completed, kitchens you've fitted and paths you've laid are invaluable. A builder with good testimonials are absolutely invaluable. Being listed as a builder with yell.com or similar is good but then you have to compete with all the other builders listed.. Today, you do need to own some individual space on the worldwide web, however small... |
